My Granddad brought his family to Brighton on summer day trips, to escape a drab post-war London. He found utopia in a pot of cockles, a deck chair and a bottle of light ale. I found a utopia of my own in a city with broad horizons, which is what inspired me to set up a studio here in 2010.

Coutts Bank has provided private banking to high net worth individuals for over 300 years; from royal dignitaries to rock and roll royalty. The Coutts Advisers Briefing is an annual event that gives the business a platform to prepare their bankers for the coming year. Exosphere events agency were tasked to develop a program that would keep the Coutts delegates engaged throughout the 1 day event. The Roundhouse was chosen as a venue and was separated into 2 areas, one of which being an interactive space. ABD and 3D designer, Alexandra Cragg were engaged to develop the creative concept.
In order to create engagement in our Discovery Zones we utilised interactive technology such as ipad reactive information walls and updatable LED ticker strips. We created a series of illuminated totems which formed a wayfinding system between the zones. This in turn, inspired the visual identity which was developed around a dot matrix system. This was integrated with the existing Coutts brand identity which allowed the Discovery Zone a degree of separation within the Roundhouse while retaining Coutts brand integrity.
